Warranty & Return Policy

VAULT’s core focus is to ensure the highest quality of all our products, from our warehouse to distributor and reseller facilities and ultimately the businesses of the end-users. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen occasionally in the manufacturing, ordering, packing, and shipping processes. It is our goal and commitment to our partners to ensure a quick and simple turnaround process for all warranties and returns.

Please find below the terms of our warranty and return program. Please submit all support requests to support@psbhq.com. If you are unsure whether or not your request falls within the terms of our warranty and returns policy, please contact our RMA team at RMA@psbhq.com or 336-698-3796.

RETURNS

If you purchased a product directly from the VAULT website, we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All returns must be shipped to VAULT prepaid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by emailing RMA@psbhq.com or 336-698-3796.

90 DAY WARRANTY

  • Covers all stock cables, accessories, and replacement components.
  • Damaged or defective due to manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.
  • Shipping responsibility – Customer

1 YEAR WARRANTY
