Warranty & Return Policy

At VAULT, our core focus is to maintain the highest quality across all our products, from our warehouse to distributor and reseller facilities, and ultimately to the businesses of our end-users. While we strive for perfection, we understand that occasional mistakes can occur during manufacturing, ordering, packing, and shipping. To ensure a smooth experience for our partners, we are committed to providing a quick and simple process for all warranties and returns. Please note that our warranty is valid only for the original purchased item and is not transferable to any third party or replacements. Products that have already been replaced under warranty are not covered by this policy and will not be eligible for another replacement.

RETURNS

If you purchased a product directly from the VAULT website, we offer a 30-day refund based on your original method of payment. All products must be in new condition and packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. All returns must be shipped to VAULT prepaid. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you can request by emailing vRMA@psbhq.com or 336-698-3796. All Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

90 DAY WARRANTY

  • Covers all cables, POWER+ accessories, and replacement components.
  • Damaged or defective due to VAULT manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.
  • Shipping responsibility: Customer
  • Proof of Purchase or valid Serial Number required

1 YEAR WARRANTY

  • Covers all products composed of PC/ABS, or any other
    type of plastic material.
  • Damaged or defective due to VAULT manufacturing
    defect only, general wear not covered.
  • Shipping responsibility:
    • To VAULT: Customer
    • Return to Customer: VAULT (Ground)
    • Customer may pay for Expedited Shipping

LIFETIME WARRANTY

  • Covers all products composed of metallic materials.
  • Damaged or defective due to VAULT manufacturing defect only, general wear not covered.
  • Shipping responsibility:
    • To VAULT: Customer
    • Return to Customer: VAULT (Ground)
    • Customer may pay for Expedited Shipping

PRODUCT RECALLS

  • Covers recalled, damaged, or defective product due to
    manufacturing defect within 20 days of use.
  • Full product replacement.
  • Original product not returned will incur charges.
  • Shipping responsibility: VAULT (Ground)
    • Customer may pay for Expedited Shipping

Troubleshooting Requirements

  • Warranty Claims due to charging or connectivity issues will require all components involved to be returned to VAULT for inspection. This includes but is not limited to: power supplies, power cords, charging stations, batteries, etc. Third-party devices that are part of the final solution (I.e., tablet, payment reader, etc.) may be required by VAULT’s inspection lab for troubleshooting.
  • Failure to return items requested by VAULT technical support will result in delays in resolution.
  • If no issue is found, or if the issue is with a 3rd party component, shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • Otherwise, standard warranties will apply.

Limitation of Liability

In no event, under any cause of action or theory of liability, will VAULT, its distributors, or suppliers be liable to the consumer or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any nature whatsoever arising out of, or relating to, the use of or inability to use any product. This includes, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third-party products used in or with the product, or loss of use of the product or any third-party products, even if VAULT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

VAULT has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property contained inside or outside the products, including, without limitation, laptops, smartphones, tablets, or any other handheld devices, or any loss of data contained in such devices.

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, tort, including negligence, or otherwise), Vault’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Some states, provinces, and jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The limitations of liability set forth above will apply to the maximum extent that is permitted under applicable law.
